Big O Tires

Love love Big O Tires! I've been going to their locations for years, and they have always treated me with respect and fairness! My tire caught some tie for a trailer lock or something in it while going down the road to an appointment in their area. After the appointment I felt I shouldn't risk driving back across the valley to go to a shop closer to my house, so I pulled in here and they fixed my tire, checked the alignment within an hour and no charge! This lady was thrilled for their help and kindness! Definitely recommend! 👌 👍

I have a classic muscle car, 72’Olds 442 W-30 that I needed finishing touches handled. Namely tires and front end alignment done. The guys at the 4500 South 900 East store did an excellent job and treated the car with the utmost care. Thanks again for your efforts.

Today I pretty well got the maintenance works completed: Synthetic oil change, wipers, filters, rotation and alignment, shocks. Chris was great at arranging the services and parts to be delivered and the whole group worked to get the car done by close or business. I’d say it was a very good value. They were professional and courteous.

Had previous issues with them being dishonest with an older vehicle of mine. Decided to give them another chance for just an oil change and tire rotation because of their convenient location, figured they couldn’t screw that up but they did. They cleaned my tires but never rotated them. Found out because I had a tire with a slow leak before I went in, and afterwards the same tire had the same slow leak. Took the car into my tire place, they verified the tires had not been rotated and there was a screw in one tire that was causing the slow leak, which they then repaired when they rotated my tires for me. I was told by an acquaintance afterwards that they just clean them to remove any markings you might make to try to verify they actually rotated them so that they don’t have to rotate them. I’m now worried the oil may not have been changed either. Never coming back.

They were super fast and helpful! I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me today, but he looked up my license plate while I was getting my toddler out of the car, greeted me by name while opening the door for me and my stroller, and got my car back and taken care of so fast. He even decreased the diagnostics fee since it didn’t take them very long to find the problem.
